- the release of such information is reasonably necessary and appropriate to enforce the Selling and or Buying process.
- the release of such information is reasonably necessary and appropriate to protect the rights, property or safety of Garden Route Exclusive Properties, and others necessary with such transaction.
- access to such information is not refused on any of the grounds for refusal set out in Chapter 4 of Part 3 of the Promotion of Access to Information Act.
Upon a formal request by the buyer or seller, or third party as the case may be, for access to your information for any of the reasons related to your transaction, we will notify you of such request (via email) and should you fail to respond to such communication within 7 days of the delivery thereof, your information will be released to the said party.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletters, we ask for contact information such as email addresses. However, it is completely at your discretion to be removed from such a list as set out in our un-subscribes section on our website, and or newsletter.
